Memorial in Budapest

Sometimes, emptiness is more important than fullness. Sometimes silent can be more eloquent than sound. Sometimes the simplest objects recall the deepest feelings, the toughest memories. And here, in Budapest , the Danube still remembers. Art to fight the obscurity.
On January 27 th 2006, Budapest and the UNO remembered the 60 anniversary of the Holocaust at the Holocaust Memorial on the Danube , a monument erected in memoriam of all the victims of the Nazi horror. This little article has no other intention than being my personal tribute to all those victims.
